I have been exposed to the diverse cultures, languages and design from three continents. The most positive benefit is being introduced to different ways of thinking in design.

Cultural (and design) diversity refers to experience and flexibility in working with different management and leadership styles. As a multilingual speaker, I bring better problem-solving skills, listening skills, and clear communication with others. I routinely strengthen my design skills including product design, creative direction and user friendly design.

I have been given this gift to open a new world of possibilities, and look forward to leveraging this into diverse, accessible, human-centered design.
